The Packers are among the happiest teams in the league right now. And CB Jaire Alexander is probably the happiest Packer. But what has he done so special to be extra happy after beating the Chiefs, one may ask? Well, he predicted it, long ago!

He is no prophet, but he is Jaire Alexander. After causing a shocker against the defending champions in week 13, the CB proudly boasted about his future telling skills to the locker room reporters. And all for ‘80%’ good reasons!

Jaire Alexander says he knew the Chiefs vs Packers outcome!

As the Packers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs after nearly no one expected them to, Alexander made the shocking claim saying he did see it. And he saw a lot more, despite being a ‘prophet.’ “I’m not going to call myself a prophet, but I called it,” the proud CB said trying to hold back his laugh. “I said we was gonna win out. So I’m not a prophet, but the people should start listening to me more”, Alexander went on to say with a poker face.

He made the head-turning claim back on November 1, when the Packers were still 2-5, and nearly out of the playoff contention. But since then, the CB’s prediction power has given them an 80% win rate, winning 4 out of their 5 games. “Well, you know, I think four out of five, I think I’m 80 percent right now. I think I’m alright”, the self-proclaimed non-prophet proved his prediction efficiency with further claims.

Alexander really played it cool, knowing he’d get the praise if things changed, and no blame even if they turned their bad season into worse. But his predictions ironically bring terrible consequences for their latest victims.

Alexander’s predictions have caused heavy damage to the Chiefs

The Chiefs have no Alexander on their side, so no one expected them to crumble against the team like they did. The AFC top spot is long gone by now, and the Ravens and Dolphins are battling it out between themselves. The Chiefs face more problems with their upcoming opponents, the Bills, who are in an advantageous position by every means.

To make things worse, QB Patrick Mahomes has recorded a visible dip in his numbers, and opponent Josh Allen is close to being season leader in multiple statistics. Running Back Isiah Pacheco‘s miss doesn’t make things any better either, and despite the playoff clearance, they don’t look convincing enough to replicate past season’s success. The Chiefs probably have to bring in a fortuneteller of their own to save the postseason.

A smoothly going season has started to look concerning for the defending champions all of a sudden, which is surprising to many. Call it a prediction, or a curse, it ended up being real problematic for the Chiefs.
