The ‘No Cup is Safe‘ ad is the Nike ad featuring McIlroy and Tiger Woods. In the ad, both Tiger and Rory are seen taking shots one after the other. As soon as the balls land near the hole, Tiger asks the young golfer whether he has any questions. To which, Rory nonchalantly says, ”not bad, not bad.”

The advertisement becomes hilarious from then on as both golfers get competitive with each other. They try to shoot the ball in every hole possible. Tiger and Rory took turns and hit the ball in every cup they could find.

While the advertisement is totally imaginative, it did suit the tagline of Nike, ‘Just Do It.” Moreover, people would want to watch the ad over and over again purely for the sight of a healthy Tiger in all his might.
Rory McIlroy to follow the approach of Tiger Woods
At the beginning of 2022, McIlroy had revealed that he likes to follow Woods’ approach in golf. He said, “there are certainly aspects of what he did so well in the past that I would obviously love to put into my game.”

Rory explained that he would like to be a controlled golfer like Tiger. According to McIlroy, he would certainly pick a spot where he can take advantage of his drivers like Tiger did. Rory added, “It didn’t work out too badly for him.”
In the last 25 years since he turned professional, Tiger has been regarded as the best in the business. As soon as he turned pro, Tiger began his hunt for championship titles. He has won over 100 championship titles worldwide, including 15 majors. He is also the only golfer to hold all the majors at the same time.
With sheer brilliance, Tiger could win both championships and the hearts of millions of fans using his controlled play. Hence, it is only fair that McIlroy, too, wants to follow in his footsteps.
