NFL legend Tom Brady is one of many stars in a new video featuring Peyton and Eli Manning.

The two former NFL quarterbacks are the hosts of the show ‘ManningCast’, which is preparing for its third season. The premise of the show, which is broadcast on ESPN, is to provide a different take on the NFL’s Monday Night Football coverage.

Between the duo, the Manning brothers won four Super Bowls across their respective careers with two apiece. Peyton has been retired since 2016, with his final game being winning Super Bowl 50 with the Denver Broncos.

Eli retired from the NFL in 2020 having won both of his Super Bowls with the New York Giants. Now the duo are regular stars on ESPN’s coverage of the NFL every Monday night throughout the regular season.

A video posted on Omaha Productions’ YouTube channel, the company founded by Peyton and which produces ‘ManningCast’, featured a comedy sketch of the two brothers. In the video, the duo are hosting auditions for a possible third host to the show for the forthcoming 2023 NFL regular season.

A number of stars from football and beyond feature in the video. Actress Reece Witherspoon makes a cameo appearance via video link on Peyton’s phone, while the likes of Lil Wayne, Mike Tyson, DJ Khaled, Will Arnett, Sarah Silverman, and Olivia Dunne all make cameo appearances.

In the football world, there is a jumper of current players and coaches that also feature in the video. But one past player, Brady, makes a cameo at the very end of the seven-minute-long video.

Brady has been retired from the NFL since the end of last season. The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback makes a joke in the video that he will make a return to football.

Brady is seen in a waiting room, where he turns to a dog sitting on a chair next to him and says: “You been waiting here a long time too?” The lights suddenly go out in the room, before Brady is then seen talking on the phone.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner then said while on the phone: “No, I didn’t get the ManningCast job. I guess I’ll just come back and play football again.”

Brady was not the only NFL-related star to feature in the video. Sean Payton (Denver Broncos) Mike McDaniel (Miami Dolphins), Sean McVay (Los Angeles Rams), Dan Campbell (Detroit Lions) and Nick Siranni (Philadelphia Eagles) represented the current head coaches to feature in the clip, along with Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay.

There were also appearances from current quarterbacks Jared Goff and Kirk Cousins. ESPN analysts Pat McAfee and Stephen A. Smith also feature in the video alongside the Manning brothers.
