No, Billie does not have a sister. The only known sibling of the singer is her brother who also works with her on music.
Billie and Finneas have always shared a tight bond. In fact, the singer even thanked her brother for keeping her alive. While accepting an award at Variety‘s Hitmakers brunch, she said: “A big thank you to my big brother Finneas. Finneas is my best friend, my big brother, he’s four years older than me and we’ve been best friends forever.”
She continued: “We started making music together when I was 13 and he was 17; he produces everything. He’s the only reason I’m anywhere in the whole world and he’s probably the only reason I’m alive.”

The rumor about Billie having a sister started after a tweet claimed that the singer had one. It all started when a social media user shared a post that read: “Would you rather pick Billie Eilish or her little sister?”
One cannot see the image used as it has “Breaking News” written all over it. The post managed to grab further attention due to a comment that was posted under it.
The comment read: “Little sister because she made her OnlyFnas free.” This prompted many to wonder if the singer really had a sibling. In reality, Billie does not have one.

In an interview, Billie spoke about her family and the constant support she had received from her mother, father, and brother.
She said: “I can’t believe that there are people in my position without that protection. I don’t know how young artists, especially young women, who don’t have a mum or a safety net around them. I’m very privileged in that sense.”
She continued: “Everybody that doesn’t have a supportive family, supportive friends, or a supportive group at all around them, I just wish I could adopt them and, like, be their cheerleader.”
