Sophie Turner was every inch the British tourist as she joins the cast of Dark Phoenix for a hilarious trip around London with Late Late Show frontman James Corden.

The Game Of Thrones star downed a pint of beer like a pro as the stars travelled through the capital on a specially branded tour bus, before getting in some exercise on the famous bicycle bar.

In scenes that will air in the UK on Friday night, Sophie reunited with a slew of her X-Men co-stars including Jessica Chastain, Michael Fassbender, Alexandra Shipp, Tye Sheridan, Evan Peters and James McAvoy.

As James brings his week of Late Late London specials to a close, he decided to take the show on the road with the help of some famous friends.

Commandeering an iconic red double-decker bus, the presenter invited the Dark Phoenix cast to join him on a trip around the city, each with their own name special tags branded with their superhero alter-egos.

After carrying some ice creams onto the bus for the group, James took command as the tour guide for the day, though some of his tales were far from historically accurate.

Driving past the Wellington Arch, James told the group: ‘The monument here on Hyde Park Corner was designed by the same man who did Sir Ian McKellan’s bathroom.’

Despite a bit of bewilderment, Sophie and her co-stars were quick to snap the famous landmark.

As the drive continued, James then pointed out a lowly supermarket, adding: ‘This Tesco express here Sean Penn lost his virginity in that very Tesco Express, so you should get a picture of that.’

After their relaxing ride, James insisted that the cast should visit a famous English pub on their outing, but the stars were keen to continue the tour.

So in a quick compromise the presenter piles them onto the iconic pedal bus, where they could cycle around the city whilst enjoying a pint or two of beer.

James was quick to show off his skills with the pumps attached to the bus, as he poured an ice cold one for his co-stars.

Sophie joined him in downing the first pint on the outing, though James McAvoy wasn’t far behind.

Taking a slew of snaps from their fun-filled outing, the cast finished the day with a group selfie.

The Late Late Show has been delighting British fans this week, after James brought his series to London for a week of special episodes.

They have seen a host of British and U.S. stars join Corden, including Tom Hanks and Lily James and a pre-taped segment with former first lady Michelle Obama.

It’s the third year that James has travelled to his native city for the CBS show, and he refused to let the task of hosting last week’s Tony Awards interfere.

‘We enjoy jumping headfirst into all of these things, and tired isn’t a good enough reason,’ Corden said Monday, the start of a four-night run of shows from London’s historic Central Hall Westminster.

James said he counts himself ‘incredibly lucky’ to have such opportunities.

‘I don’t want to look back and go, “Ah, I should have made the most of that and I didn’t because I was a little bit tired”,’ Corden said.

Corden said he goes abroad with The Late Late Show to ensure the program is ‘always on the move, it’s always ambitious’.
