Arijit Singh has announced a headline show at The O2, taking place on Saturday 17 August 2024.

Arijit Singh is the undisputed No. 1 singer in India and a Bollywood superstar with a prolific career of countless smash hit movie songs and awards. This summer, Arijit broke records when he became the first non-English singing artist to reach a staggering 90 million followers on Spotify, making him Spotify’s 3rd most followed artist globally after Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande.

Arjit Singh with his soulful voice and impeccable vocal skills is considered amongst one of the most successful and versatile singers in Indian music history and Bollywood cinema, with a voice and style adored by millions. He trained in Indian classical music, tabla and pop music from the age of 3, under the tutelage of the three Hazari brothers. Arijit Singh is prodigiously talented and made his debut on nationally adored TV talent reality shows from the age of 18, Fame Gurukul and 10 Ke 10 Le Gaye Dil, coming 6th in the former and winning the latter. In 2011, Singh made his Bollywood musical debut with ‘Phir Mohabbat’ from Murder 2. His breakthrough came in 2013 with song ‘Tum Hi Ho’ from movie Aashiqui 2, winning him overnight success and a series of awards, accolades and massive popularity.

Arijit Singh has sung in movies Jawaani Deewani, Chennai Express, Ram Leela, City Lights, 2 States, Youngistaan, Heropanti, Hero, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Happy New Year, Roy, Khamoshiyaan , Fitoor and Hamari Adhuri Kahaani. He has delivered numerous hits like ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, ‘Channa Mereya’, ‘Gerua’, ‘Kabira’ and worked with many biggest Bollywood icons like A.R. Rahman, Amit Trivedi, and Mithoon. Most recently Singh has crooned ‘Chaleya’ for Shah Rukh Khan in the movie Jawan, sang a duet ‘Heeriye’ with Jasleel Royal, as well as sung on hit tracks ‘Tum Kya Mile’, ‘What Jhumka’ and ‘Ve Kamleya’. This year alone, Singh sang ‘Tere Pyaar Mein’ from movie Tu Jhoothy Main Makkar, ‘Phir Kya Chaiye’ from Zara Hatke Zare Bachke and ‘Khairiyat’ in Gadar 2.
