Tiger Woods is one of the most successful golfers of all time. The golf legend has played professional tournaments all over the world. But one of his greatest experiences playing golf was the one where he played alongside the most important man in the United States, Mr. Barack Obama. And the way Woods described his experience later said a lot about the former US President.

Woods is no less than a celebrity himself. Even though he comes from a golf background, his fandom is not limited only to the sports world. Fans would do anything to play a game of golf along with Tiger Woods. But when it comes to the former President of the US, even Woods was humbled to play alongside him.
People love Obama for the way he was humble around his supporters. And has been more accessible to the people than some athletes in the US. However, his accessibility proved to be a boon for Woods and he got to play a round with the former POTUS at the Match Play Championship in Arizona.
After the match, Woods described his feelings about the game with the then-president and said a few amazing things about him. Woods stated, “Playing with Mr. President was pretty cool. . . . If he ever spent more time playing the game of golf, I’m sure he could get to where he’s a pretty good stick.”
Woods believed Obama could be a great golfer in case he played any more golf. Thus, Woods’ statement showed that the ex-president might be good at the game.
How did Obama feel about his game with Woods?
Barack Obama is a busy man and so his statements ought to be precise and to the point. Describing his whole experience of playing with the golf great, he only made one small statement. Talking to San Francisco TV, Obama said, “He is on another planet.”

The director of Sunshine in Government Initiative talked about the president’s accessibility to the citizens. He said, “This isn’t about the president’s golf score or having a beer on the 19th hole… This really gets to the president being responsive to the public.”
It was probably the first time Tiger Woods played golf with a man supposedly more famous than him.
