Who is Britney Spears’ former assistant Felicia Culotta?
For the unversed, Felicia Culotta is a management executive who served as Britney Spears‘ assistant for nine years between 1998 to 2007. She is well-known among the Toxic singer’s fandom.
However, she was introduced to a bigger audience after featuring in the The New York Times documentary Framing Britney Spears. Felicia knew Britney’s family before her fame.
“I’ve known [Britney] since she was five,” she explained. “By then, we all knew her talent was just extraordinary.”
Felicia has also worked for the Jonas Brothers. After her time as Britney Spears’ assistant came to an end, Felicia worked for the boy band for a while. However, almost a decade later, the celebrity manager returned to work with Britney as the VIP coordinator on her 2016 tour.

In her Framing Britney Spears appearance, Felicia expressed her thoughts on Britney’s conservatorship. She said she “doesn’t understand” why the singer was under one.
“Especially for somebody Britney’s age and somebody capable of so much that I know firsthand she’s capable of,” Felicia went on.
Felicia kept Britney’s abortion a secret for 20 years
Britney’s new bombshell memoir reveals a lot about her life. Although the memoir has only just been released, parts of it have surfaced online. A few of them see Britney speaking about her former assistant Felicia.
An excerpt of the book appeared in The Star and it had people talking recently. It shows the singer, 41, talking about how she got pregnant and had an abortion during her relationship with Justin Timberlake. She reveals that Felicia and Justin were the only two people in the world who knew of her abortion.
“On the appointed day, with only Felicia and Justin there, I took the little pills. Soon I started having excruciating cramps. I went into the bathroom and stayed there for hours, lying on the floor, sobbing and screaming” she reveals.
After reading this, many fans realized Felicia had kept Britney’s abortion a secret for 20 years. One fan noted how she could have sold the story as an exclusive and got millions of dollars in the process.
On the website Exhale, one fan wrote, “I never doubted Felicia. I think most of us love her since day 1. For over 20 years Felicia kept the secret of Britney’s abortion, something she could have sold as an exclusive and made millions of it if she was a person whose main interest was money.”
HITC and GRV Media have reached out to Justin Timberlake’s reps for comment on the abortion claims.
Britney claims her father wrongfully dismissed Felicia
Another story about Felicia in Britney’s book has appeared online. A clip from Britney’s audiobook sees the singer accusing her father, Jamie Spears, of dismissing Felicia as her assistant behind her back.
Britney recalls how she had always adored Felicia. The singer says that, after she began touring and got busy with her kids and family, the two “fell out of touch.” The mom of two shares how there were talks about Felicia coming back to her team for her Circus tour but somehow she never returned.
“I later learned that my dad had told her I didn’t want her to work for me anymore. But I never said that,” Britney recalls, “If I had known she wanted to do something for me, I never would have told her no.”
