Has Rihanna performed at the Super Bowl before?

No, Rihanna has not performed at the Super Bowl before this. However, she did get an offer to do so but she turned it down because of her solidarity with Colin Kaepernick. The singer spoke about the same in an interview with Vogue.

Talking about what led to her turning down the odder, she said: “I couldn’t dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my people. I just couldn’t be a sellout. I couldn’t be an enabler. There are things within that organization that I do not agree with at all, and I was not about to go and be of service to them in any way.”
