2025 World Cruise Terms and Conditions

2025 World Cruise Promotion:

2025 World Cruise Benefits are available for guests sailing on the full 155 nights – from San Diego to Southampton – (hereinafter referred to as the “2025 World Cruise” or the “Offer”) and are valid for bookings made up to 10 months prior to the voyage. Bookings must be created using the 2025 World Cruise promotion and will receive all standard inclusions, plus all special 2025 World Cruise amenities listed herein. The 2025 World Cruise total pricing reflects all applicable in-market discounts for the underlying segments and, when booked as the 2025 World Cruise, guests will be entitled to additional 2025 World Cruise Benefits offered as stated in the benefits section below. The 2025 World Cruise is only combinable with onboard booking savings, but not onboard booking reduced deposits. Bookings will not qualify for any other promotion or booking incentive, including, but not limited to, Back-to-Back Onboard Credit (“OBC”), Loyalty quarterly savings, National Account amenity or hosted programs, reduced single supplements, nets, travel agent, interline, employee, or Last-Minute Voyages. Offer is available to new individual bookings only. Any modification or cancellation of one or more segments shall be deemed as full cancellation and remaining segments will be offered at the prevailing rate at the moment of cancellation. Offer and pricing are subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn by Cruise Line at any time. Unless otherwise noted, all amounts referred to herein are in USD (United States Dollars). Other terms and conditions may apply, please refer to Azamara Cruise Ticket Contract apply.

2025 World Cruise BenefitsShore Excursion Onboard Credit:2025 World Cruise guests will receive $300 USD shore excursion credit per stateroom for each segment (10 total) of the World Cruise.

Unliminted Wi-Fi For One Device:2025 World Cruise guests will receive unlimited Wi-Fi for one device per stateroom for the duration of the World Cruise.

Premium Beverage Package ForTwo:2025 World Cruise guests will receive a Premium Beverage Package for two guests per stateroom for the duration of the World Cruise.

Complimentary Business Class Air:Complimentary air benefit (the “Air Benefit”) offers roundtrip business class air to two guests per stateroom for guests in all stateroom categories sailing on the 2025 World Cruise. Fees will vary by country and guests or their travel agents should contact local booking offer for details. The Air Benefit is open to residents of US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Mexico from the following gateways: ATL, BDL, BOS, BWI, CHS, CLE, CLT, DCA, DEN, DFW, DTW, EWR, IAD, IAH, IND, JFK, LAS, LAX, LGA, MCI, MCO, MEM, MIA, MKE, MSP, ORD, YVR, YYZ, YYC, YUL, YEG, SYD, MEL, BNE, PER, ADL, AKL, LHR, LGW, MAN, BFS, BHD, DUB, EDI, GLA, FRA, MUC, DUS, TXL, HAM, OSL, CPH, MEX, BFS, and DUB only. Roundtrip air must be to and from the same starting Gateway. Gateways are subject to availability. For gateways not listed above, guests or their travel agents should contact the local booking office for details. Air deviation fees may apply. The Air Benefit does not include air taxes or other fees for optional services imposed by airlines. For excess luggage, guests will need to keep their receipts to receive reimbursement of up to $500. Air Benefit tickets will be assigned by the cruise line no later than 9 months prior to sailing, cannot be substituted or changed, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cruise bookings can be made after April 11, 2024 based on availability, but the air component may no longer qualify.

Transfers:Roundtrip transfers are included for all guests to and from the airport in San Diego and Southampton

Complimentary Hotel Stay:One complimentary room for one night pre-voyage hotel stay per stateroom booked on the 2025 World Cruise. The Complimentary Hotel Stay provided by Azamara includes hotel accommodation, taxes, and transportation from hotel to pier, but may not be substituted with another hotel.

Onboard Credit (OBC):A $4,000 OBC will be provided to each full-voyage reservation. The OBC is redeemable against any purchase onboard except future cruise sales. The OBC has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the voyage.

Complimentary Laundry:Eligible guests will receive one bag of laundry per guest, per 7-night portion of the voyage.

Exclusive World Voyage Special Benefits:

Gifts are included at the discretion of cruise line.

World Cruise Exclusive Land Events are scheduled at the discretion of ship’s management based on itineraries and other activities.

Deposit and Cancellation Booking Policies:Deposit:Guests must submit a deposit in the amount of standard deposit per segment of the voyage, multiplied by ten segments at the time of booking. The actual amount will vary by market.

Final Payment:Due six (6) months prior to departure of the first segment by July 10, 2024.

Cancellation:Cancellation penalties are as follows

*Amount will be converted to the currency of booking’s original form of payment using the official USD Exchange rate of the currency at one day prior to cancellation

OUR PRICING AND SAVINGS POLICY:All rates are per person, based on double occupancy, cruise only, in USD, and subject to availability. Rates may vary by ship, departure date, and stateroom category. All rates, savings, offers and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Savings offers may be withdrawn at any time. Fees, taxes, tolls and other charges paid to governmental or quasi-governmental authorities as well as port expenses are not included and will be calculated per person. Such governmental or quasi-governmental charges may change without notice.
